Level Up Career Central America will train 5,000 people with digital employment skills to make them more employable and competitive in the global job market. 10 virtual bootcamps will be held over a period of 12 months, each lasting 3 weeks, reaching people in Guatemala, El Salvador, Honduras, Nicaragua, Costa Rica and Panama.

Level Up Career is a program of live classes and career advice that aims to enable students to acquire new skills and update themselves with the latest tools and methodologies that allow them to integrate into digital employment and be able to opt for remote work in any part of the world. The program lasts 3 weeks and consists of 3 learning modules focused on Introduction to the World of Work, Digital, Preparation of the Profile Pofesional and Digital Tools, addressing topics such as:
